Job Description
· Code Date Understanding: Familiarize yourself with and manage code dates for production.
· Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all outbound shipment paperwork is complete and error-free, verifying quantities and order details.
· Receiving Packaging Materials: Accurately receive packaging materials as instructed by the CoPack Inventory Team.
· Warehouse Management: Efficiently transfer finished goods to the warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Report Generation & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports across multiple systems and locations to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
· Data Management: Verify and adjust consumption data within the SAP system to ensure data integrity.
· Temporary Labor Management: Manage the temporary labor workforce, reconcile hours worked, and ensure proper documentation.
· Procurement Coordination: Source temporary labor from agencies to meet production demands.
· Production Schedule Coordination: Understand and coordinate production schedules across multiple shifts and locations.
· Inventory Adjustment: Adjust inventory levels and procurement plans based on production schedules and demand.
· Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to procure necessary packaging materials for all production sites.
· Data Tracking: Organize and maintain databases or digital files for multiple locations.
· Compliance: Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Independent Work: Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative while meeting quality and productivity standards.
· Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to solve problems, make decisions, and achieve shared goals.
· Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure critical responsibilities are met.
· Adaptability: Quickly learn new skills and adjust priorities based on organizational needs.
· Special Projects: Handle tasks beyond defined responsibilities, including assisting with special projects and covering for absent colleagues.
Job Requirements
· Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder (WMS), Smartsheet, Nulogy, or Andlor.
· Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in documentation, data entry, and quality control.
· Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Time Management: Prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
· Professional Communication: Proficiency in professional email communication and strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Document Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret Bills of Lading (BOL), Bills of Materials (BOM), and Purchase Orders (PO).
· Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate production demands.
