Job Overview: As an On-Site Supervisor representing Procure Personnel, you'll be instrumental in the client's daily operational excellence. Your role includes managing schedules, overseeing temporary staff, and ensuring accurate employee attendance and hours worked records. Your efforts are crucial in supporting the client's robust marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diligently maintain and manage employee attendance and work hour records.
• Assign temporary employees to appropriate work areas efficiently.
• Adapt and update weekly schedules to align with operational needs.
• Ensure prompt dissemination of daily scorecards by 9:00 a.m.
• Swiftly create and upload profiles and paperwork for new hires.
• Conduct comprehensive orientations for new hires within their first week.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about staffing and attendance.
• Proactively participate in weekly meetings, providing essential updates.
• Actively contribute to the client's marketing and sales strategies.

Who We're Looking For:

• Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
